You are meant to experience the full spectrum and the full depth of all emotions. Through authentically processing and feeling the emotional waves as the come and go, you gain deeper understanding of yourself and the world around you.
For you, the highs and lows of your emotions may come often and suddenly, but they are transformational. By honoring the full range and impact of each emotion you experience, you actually reduce the potential for emotional tension in relationships.
Respond to each emotion with brutal honesty, and only do what you genuinely feel like doing. Don’t eat/love/play/work when you don’t want to. Otherwise, your experience won’t give you the feeling/result you wanted.
